Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

The Maintenance Manager oversees and manages that all facilities, machinery, equipment are in good running
condition at all times , Expert in electrical , HVAC and mechanical machine’s engineering matters within the
corporation and provide technical leadership of the maintenance team, in delivering a high-level performance of
machines in the restaurant advisory service related to all aspects of related issues. Controls and operates the
preventive maintenance of firefighting system in the restaurant/outlets.

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and systems.
