**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance management preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
+ Previous change management experience preferred.
