About this opportunity

As Maintenance Manager at Pact's Moorabbin site, you will lead the maintenance function of the Injection Moulding (IMM) plant to ensure maximum equipment reliability, plant uptime, and asset life extension. Drive Lean maintenance systems, strong maintenance practices, and advanced mechatronics automation integration to support world-class manufacturing performance. Restore and sustain production flow through structured preventive maintenance, predictive systems, and continuous improvement.
