Maintenance Manager- Full-Time

Overview:
**Summary of the Position:**

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all activities relared to waterpark maintenance, including preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, paint, carpentry, landscape, pest control, and water quality.

Responsibilities:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Oversees and ensures the success of the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department
+ Oversee the work order process through MAXIMO. Prioritize work order requests and distribute to appropriate Team Members/ Schedule work orders, place vendor bids ofr materials, select vendors and prepare requisitions. Estimate job costs for input into budget database.
+ Work closely with Six Flags team members to eexcute projects and analyze facility needs on a regular basis
+ Responsible for repair and maintenance budget, estimates, tracking, monthly budget forecast, and timely execution of projects
