- Manage unionized personnel and supervisors.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of spare parts and tools.

- Develop and deliver technical and safety training programs.
- Actively participate in the safety subcommittee.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for equipment performance.
- Control maintenance costs and budget compliance.
