Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Set departmental targets and drive the achievement of Maintenance & Utility performance goals
• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all plant equipment and utilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, etc.) on equipment modification, upgrades, and replacement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
