Maintenance Manager

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the plant maintenance department, engineering, capital, and parts/purchasing for the plant. The position will administer onsite policies and procedures to establish and promote safe and healthy working conditions while ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and site Safety Program Requirements. Manage the maintenance department to minimize plant delay, waste, and board cost. Assist with investigation and diagnosis of operating and maintenance problems and implement appropriate corrective measures. Manage the engineering program to administer and control all capital and major maintenance projects from conception to timely, cost contained completion.
