About the Opportunity

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a confidential opportunity with a manufacturing company in Northeast Iowa. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring all facilities and production equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.

The Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, lead a maintenance team, and partner cross-functionally with operations and EHS to support plant performance and continuous improvement.
