Maintenance Manager

Oversees and manages all hospital building, plant, and infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable environment that supports uninterrupted clinical and non-clinical operations. Plans, coordinates, and executes preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems, HVAC, medical gas, fire and life safety systems, elevators, utilities, and building fabric, in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international accreditation standards such as JCI. Leads the maintenance and engineering team, manages outsourced service providers, oversees maintenance budgets and contracts, and coordinates maintenance‑related projects, upgrades, and emergency response activities in close collaboration with clinical, safety, infection control, and operations teams to support high‑quality patient care and operational excellence.
