Maintenance Manager

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join a leading Company located in the Denver, CO surrounding area.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
Start your day with a floor walk to check critical assets and review overnight logs. You'll align the team on the day's Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), slot in reactive work, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime. Midday may include a root cause analysis of a recurring equipment fault, a quick calibration verification of a pneumatic line, and a budget review to keep spending on track. You'll coach technicians, audit timekeeping for accuracy, and ensure every contractor on-site meets OSHA and company standards. Before you leave, you'll confirm spare parts inventory levels, sign off on completed work orders, and update action plans for continuous improvement.
