This role ensures all facilities—residential, commercial, and community spaces—are clean, safe, secure, and function efficiently. The Maintenance Manager coordinates with other departments to optimize resource use, align property strategy with organizational goals, and address environmental health and safety concerns. This includes supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
