Lead operational excellence as a Maintenance Manager at CertainTeed's Fiberglass Insulation Plant in Redcliff, AB. Oversee maintenance operations, champion safety, and enhance equipment reliability in a thriving manufacturing environment.
In this leadership role, you will direct a skilled unionized maintenance team and report directly to the Plant Manager. Your leadership will focus on driving process improvements and supporting capital planning as part of Saint-Gobain’s World Class Manufacturing model. You will also uphold safety standards while mentoring and developing your team for success.
