Maintenance Lead

HR Project Partners are currently hiring a Maintenance Lead on behalf of our Client. The Maintenance Lead will play a critical role in supporting during a key ramp‑up and stabilization phase. This senior-level position provides onsite leadership, coordination, and technical oversight to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational priorities.

This role is ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional who thrives in dynamic industrial environments and excels at bridging communication between operations and maintenance teams.

Location : Norway

Duration : Approximately 2 months, with potential extension based on project needs and performance

Rotation : 17 days on / 11 days off, 12‑hour shifts

Experience Level : Senior (8+ years in maintenance leadership within industrial plant environments)
