**Job Description**

This 2nd shift Maintenance Lead role is a 100% hands-on, multi-craft position responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and PLC preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industrial equipment. You will serve as the primary troubleshooting expert on your shift, supporting and guiding two other maintenance technicians while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of complex machinery across multiple plants.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead a small team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift, serving as the primary troubleshooting resource and working side-by-side with the team in a fully hands-on capacity.
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, 50–1500 HP motors, bushings, bearings, shafts, gear sets, flywheels, transmissions, cylinders, safety sensors, switches, shears, rotary knives, turn style tables, spi...
