We are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Fitter to join a fast-paced industrial processing environment, supporting the smooth running of site operations and helping to minimise downtime across the plant.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown repairs and continuous improvement of machinery and equipment. Working closely with production teams, you will play a key part in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and with maximum productivity.

The Role

* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on plant machinery
* Completing planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns
* Fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
* Monitoring equipment performance and identifying improvements to reduce downtime
