We are looking for a motivated and dependable Maintenance Lead to support our plastic injection molding operations by driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and promoting a strong safety culture.
In this leadership-focused role, you will work closely with Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
