Job Description

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
At Lineage, the world’s largest temperature-controlled logistics company, you’ll take on a critical role as a Lead Technician, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the systems that power our operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll perform advanced maintenance work while guiding and supporting a team of technicians to keep our automated and material handling systems running at their best.Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and complex repairs on conveyors, racking, refrigeration systems, electrical distribution, facility infrastructure, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and aerial lifts.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Lead by example, supporting and mentoring technicians while ensuring safe, high-quality work.
