**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and direct timely, effective repairs
+ Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
+ Support and mentor team members to strengthen skills, safety, and performance
+ Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
