Our client, an established and reputable private maintenancepany, is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Joiner to join their team. This is a mobile role covering multiple sites across Newtownards, Bangor, and Belfast.
Your new role 
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and joinery services across a range of residential and/ormercial properties.
What you'll need to succeed 
Carry out general joinery and maintenance works across multiple sites
Undertake repairs and installations including:Doors, frames, skirting, architravesKitchens and fitted unitsFlooring and basic structural repairs
Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Assist with other general maintenance duties where required (basic plumbing, patch repairs, etc.)
Diagnose faults andplete work efficiently to a high standard
