Maintenance Intern - Maximo Implementation

As a **Maintenance Systems Intern - Maximo Implementation**, you will support the rollout and pilot of **IBM Maximo** in the Components Plant.
The role focuses on user adoption, system configuration support, and condition monitoring data collection to ensure a successful pilot and future scalability across Monterrey plants.
**What You'll Do (Impact Areas)**
- Conduct 1:1 training sessions with operators and technicians on opening and closing work orders in Maximo.
- Create visual job aids and support user access management.
- Collect and document variables for condition monitoring.
- Support configuration of Maximo Monitor and Health.
- Assist spare parts homologation efforts within Maximo for VAO or other Monterrey plants.
- Support pilot execution, follow-up, and documentation.
