The **Maintenance** **Group Leader** oversees skilled trades employees within a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the General Motors Wentzville plant. This role is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations, supporting equipment reliability, driving safety initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead, coach, and develop skilled trades employees to support safety, productivity, and performance goals
+ Plan and direct daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
