Job Overview
The Maintenance Group Lead is an entry level position for the work cell production line employees. This position is responsible for the overall KPI’s and general management of the employees in the cell.
A Day In The Life
Provide leadership to maintenance team, assist in coordinating workloads, providing support, monitoring issues, ensuring needs are met, assist with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking

Aid in ensuring people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner, so that the team follows defined standard work procedures while achieving expectations.

Reinforce and lead by example full adherence to 6S (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.
