Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and tidy property, including parking lot, trash bins, and landscaped areas.
- Pick up litter, empty trash cans, and remove debris from the grounds.
- Monitor for any safety hazards and report or address them as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., hosing down areas, changing trash liners, light cleaning).
- Assist with snow removal or de‑icing in winter months (as needed).
- Support the management.
