We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Grounds Officer who is committed to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facility through proactive maintenance and repair work. 

Location: Zion Retirement Living, Gympie - QLD 
Employment Type: Part-time (45 hrs fortnight)
Remuneration: $31.11/hour

About The Role:

 
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the day-to-day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is safe, tidy, and well-kept. 

Key responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
• Common area cleaning required
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance
• Identifying and reporting new risks while working to minimise existing ones.
