It offers a relaxed, semi-rural lifestyle with easy access to shopping, healthcare, and local attractions. Residents enjoy a strong sense of community, modern villas, and convenient amenities that support both independence and connection. As a Maintenance Gardener, you will play an important role within the community, ensuring gardens, grounds and outdoor areas are safe, well-maintained and visually appealing. You’ll take care of day‑to‑day gardening and grounds maintenance tasks while engaging positively with residents. This role is ideal for someone with strong gardening experience who is friendly, proactive, and enjoys a varied, hands‑on role. 

This is a permanent part-time position working Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays (7:30am-4:00pm)
