General Definition of Work

Performs intermediate skilled trades work installing, maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other fixtures and equipment, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work performed under the supervision of the Maintenance Director.

• Replace HVAC filters during night shift, repair, replace, clean and maintain coils, fans and motors; oil motors and pumps; check belts and pulleys; check drains for blockages; clean drain pans.
