Maintenance foreman (construction)

Qualifications, knowledge and skill Requirements: Qualified Maintenance Electrician and/or Maintenance Millwright with minimum 10 years practical experience. AC and DC drive experience Basic PLC and electronic experience In procession of a valid driver's licence - LDV Strong Managerial and Supervisory experience at Foreman level Strong organizational and time management skills Strong knowledge in operating maintenance tools and equipment A good knowledge of maintenance planning methodologies and the control thereof Problem solving; identifying and solving all technically related problems Experience in the ordering of spare parts, interaction with suppliers Team member -ability to encourage or influence others to work together within the group Flexibility Conceptual/ analytical thinking Attention to detail Excellent communication skills, proficient in the English Language Written and Oral - must be able to legibly read and write reports.
