Maintenance Fitter

Your new company has a national presence and is recognised as an outstanding business focusing on its employees, sustainability, innovation, and safety. Due to growth of their maintenance team they are after 2 experienced fitters to join their team on either a fixed day or night shift.

Role
In your role as the maintenance fitter, you will be responsible for; reactive and planned/preventative maintenance across a variety of equipment such as conveyors, batch mixing machines, hydraulic and pneumatic gear, gearboxes and motors, and VSDs. You will be also be responsible for updated the CMMS as jobs are finished, as well as being involved in routine shutdowns as well as upgrading existing machinery and installing new machinery throughout the factory.
