Maintenance Fitter -Manufacturing Chipping Norton

With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their manufacturing team based in Chipping Norton facility 

About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. You will play a key role in minimising downtime, supporting production performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Overtime required as needed

• Weekend work required when necessary (e.g. shutdown work)

• $51.34 per hour + applicable overtime rates
