Maintenance & engineering manager (plant operations) (tijuana)

We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function and drive operational efficiency across the plant. This role requires a strong, hands‑on, floor-oriented leader with the ability to solve problems in real time and effectively lead cross‑functional teams.

IMPORTANT : This position demands a practical, “all-terrain” leadership style , capable of working directly on the shop floor while maintaining a strategic, results-driven approach. Key Requirements Advanced English (written and spoken) - mandatory (approx. 80%). Industry experience preferred: Flexible packaging, plastics, extrusion, printing, converting, or similar manufacturing environments.
