Maintenance Engineer

Mission of the Role

The Maintenance Engineer ensures maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and safety across the manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical failures, optimising preventive maintenance programs, and implementing continuous improvement projects. The engineer also manages facilities maintenance, including contractor oversight for building upkeep and general factory repairs. The engineer should consistently demonstrate high efficiency and quality while minimizing repeat repairs. Unsupervised work is expected in developing necessary skills, knowledge, and experience with applicable technologies and principles. Safety regulations must be followed, and risks, hazards, or incidents reported promptly to maintain a safe workplace.
