How You Will Make An Impact

As a Multiskilled Area Technician, you will support a high‑volume food manufacturing site, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and performance across a wide range of process and packing technologies. Working Monday‑Friday you will be a key contributor to site performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Carry out first‑line reactive, proactive and planned maintenance across powder and butter production equipment with a strong focus on driers.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and controls faults in a fast‑paced environment.
• Use CMMS systems to record work completed and support maintenance reporting.
• Support and lead improvement activities, including non‑capex modifications, capex projects, OEE and throughput initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering and site services teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.
