Position Details

Schedule: 4 on 2 off rotating shift patterns of 5:30 am - 2:30 pm and 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm.

Location: Forza Foods – Site Based Role.

Contract Type: Permanent.

About The Role

Join the Onsite Engineering Team as a Maintenance Engineer at the Protein site in Normanton. The role involves maintaining machine equipment, undertaking repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational safety and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns promptly and make repairs to a world‑class standard.
• Record and book out parts used, and diagnose each breakdown.
• Complete regular machine maintenance programmes to reduce packing downtime and complete relevant paperwork.
• Identify ways to maximise the uptime of each machine through enhanced cleaning or maintenance schedules.
