Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at PrepWorld you will be working as part of a team or individually on Nights , responsible for scheduled maintenance, fault finding and repair of food manufacturing equipment and associated support services and systems.

Main Duties

• Carry out routine scheduled servicing and maintenance on food manufacturing, ancillary and associated equipment
• Suitably trained and competent to carry out mechanical maintenance tasks and electrical isolations
• Attend machine and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner and apply sound engineering principles to diagnosis and repair
• Apply root cause analysis principles to identify and subsequently rectify issues to deliver continuous improvement
• Maintain good maintenance record keeping as required
• Support the Production Teams at all levels to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime
