Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum | Permanent | Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM

Responsibilities

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance (PPM + breakdowns) on industrial process equipment
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
• Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve performance

Requirements

• Recognised electrical & mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial / FMCG / manufacturing / recycling environment
• Strong health & safety focus and structured problem-solving approach
