**Job Overview**
Ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment by executing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with Production, Quality, EHS, and Facilities to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
**Job Requirements**
+ Execute planned preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM).
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems issues.
+ Maintain CMMS data accuracy (work orders, spare parts, failure codes).
+ Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
