Position:
Area Maintenance Lead (Electrical)

Experience:
7+ years' experience
in Oil & Gas or Process Industries, with strong exposure to plant maintenance and turnarounds.

We are looking for talents experienced more in Electrical and electronics (not mechanic).

Job Purpose:

The
Area Maintenance Lead – Turnaround (GC/UR)
is responsible for driving
Turnaround (TA) Front-End Loading (FEL), planning, and execution
by coordinating across operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractor teams. The role ensures alignment of all maintenance-related activities to deliver safe, cost-effective, and schedule-compliant turnarounds from strategy development through post-execution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
  in Engineering or Science (or equivalent).
• PMP certification
  is an advantage.
• 7+ years' experience
  in Oil & Gas or Process Industries, with strong exposure to plant maintenance...
