**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (1st Shift)**
**Job Description**
This role supports a leading contract packaging and decoration provider serving food, beverage, cosmetic, and candleware brands. As a 1st shift Maintenance Engineer, you will perform multi-craft industrial maintenance on production equipment, ensuring reliable operation of product lines, ovens, and related machinery. You will apply strong electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production lines, machinery, ovens, and related equipment.
+ Conduct detailed root-cause analysis on issues involving PLCs, sensors, cameras, machine control wiring, motors, and variable frequency drives, and document findings in maintenance reports.
