Maintenance Engineer

A well-known manufacturer based near Exeter are looking to expand their Maintenance department with an additional Maintenance Engineer who has a background in Manufacturing & Boiler (Steam) maintenance. The role will be working on a permanent day shift basis, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 p/a, as well as overtime rates and other benefits.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director you’ll be supporting the department with machine breakdowns and reactive maintenance, as well as compiling TPM schedules and other planned maintenance documents. The role will also include learning more about the bespoke PLC machinery used on site, including some operation duties, and liaising with the Health and Safety team to make sure all documentation is logged correctly.

To be considered for these positions you’ll need to demonstrate experience in a similar maintenance position, with exposure to Boiler (Steam) maintenance being preferred. You’ll need to be ...
