Maintenance Engineer - electrical

Maintenance Engineer - Electrical bias Monday - Friday, plus on-call rota Fully qualified electrician/HNC Electrical Engineering. Role Duties: Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs on machinery in a factory environment. Respond to equipment faults by doing routine checks. Diagnose breakdown problems. Order and fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Carry out quality inspections on jobs. Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components. Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment, and monitor maintenance costs. Work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager and Factory Management to improve on-site health & safety. Ensure clear updates and communications with Engineering Manager and Head of Maintenance and Engineering.
