MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / COORDINATOR

Job Description:

. Organise and liaise with Homeowners, HDB & Agencies, Managing Agents(MA), Consultants and Developer/Client.

. Coordinate with various Project Team including Inter-Department.

. Coordinate with Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors.

. Conduct joint inspection and investigation works.

. Schedule, arrange, supervise and monitor rectification works, in accordance to agreed/approved timeline, procedures/processes, drawings and MOS.

. Conduct safety checks to ensure safety compliance at all time(PTW, PPE, Risk Assessment etc.).

. Manage and control resources given (mainly workers, materials, tools, equipment and cost)

. Prepare inspection/investigation findings and closure report.

. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (Status of rectification works progress including achievement).
