Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Cheltenham. Salary: £46,000 per annum. Hours: Weekly rotating 3‑shift pattern covering 05:00 am – 01:00 am (8‑hour shifts, 9 hours on site including 2 x 15‑minute paid breaks and 1 x 30‑minute unpaid break). Full‑time permanent contract. Immediate start available following a successful interview process.

The Role

This hands‑on role is within a fast‑paced production environment on a well‑established manufacturing site. As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will support site operations through breakdown response, planned maintenance and continuous‑improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production teams, applying fault‑finding skills across electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, and must be able to read and understand electrical and pneumatic drawings.
