This is a senior, hands-on role within a small site team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of key plant equipment. You will play a critical part in maintaining operations, supporting plant efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the plant
Carry out inspections, servicing, and fault finding to ensure continuous operation
Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts
Provide on-call support for breakdowns and critical issues
Lead improvement projects and support ongoing plant upgrades
