Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• To carry out preventative maintenance programmes on all machinery and equipment ensuring they are kept to high standard and always ready for use.
• To work closely with management to ensure all maintenance work is prioritised correctly and carried out in a timely manner.
• Fault diagnose equipment to determine corrective actions.
• Carry out repairs to electrical and mechanical equipment, to minimise impact of downtime.
• Work to ensure that incoming parts are fitted as soon as possible when delivered, closing out temporary repairs with long‑term fixes to acceptable standards.
• Assist with sourcing and ordering spare parts.
• Establish and maintain an efficient stock of essential parts, using good stock control techniques.
