Overview

Maintenance Engineer – 6‑month contract at a high‑speed manufacturing facility near York. Salary – £42,(Apply online only) pro rata. Location: York.

Responsibilities

The successful multi‑skilled maintenance engineer will work as part of a team of engineers focusing on preventative maintenance and breakdowns. The successful candidate will be involved in de‑commissioning at an industrial factory and may provide support on other maintenance tasks across the facility.

Contract: 6‑month contract, potential extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

Non‑negotiable:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Industrial / Manufacturing experience
• Mechanical or Electrical skillset
• Experience handling PPM and breakdowns

Desirable:

• Previous experience working as a multi‑skilled maintenance engineer in the UK
