Maintenance Electrician

TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for an MEP Technician on behalf of one of our external clients based in Middlesbrough . The technician will support operations across northern sites, carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance, fault finding, repair and general facilities maintenance activities across port buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and planned preventative maintenance across port facilities, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
• Undertake statutory electrical testing and inspection duties, including PAT testing and assisting with fixed wire testing where appropriately qualified.
• Provide support with basic plumbing and general building services tasks, including repairs to leaks, taps, toilets, pipework, and drainage systems as required.
