Job Title: Electrician (Facilities Management) - Shift Work
Location: Salford - Large Commercial Build
Reporting to: Electrical Supervisor / FM Manager
Salary: £42,000 + package
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off - 12 hours per day
Job Purpose
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join the Facilities Management team on a large commercial site in Salford. The role involves delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance to ensure all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works.
Fault-find, repair, and maintain lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution systems.
Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems as required.
Complete testing, inspection, and associated certification in line with BS 7671.
Ensure all works comply with health & safety...
