**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support a high-volume manufacturing facility in the aluminum production industry. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous plant operations in a heavy industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480V and higher; medium/high voltage experience preferred.
+ Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
+ Diagnose and repair issues with automation systems, sensors, instrumentation, and HMIs.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
