Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance duties within a facilities management environment. This is a client‑facing role requiring a proactive and professional approach, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service delivery.

You will also act as one of two appointed Authorised Persons (AP) for the Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out legislative PPM tasks, including emergency lighting inspection, testing and repair
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of electrical plant and equipment as directed by the helpdesk
• Act as Site Authorised Person (AP) for LV systems, fulfilling all associated duties and responsibilities
• Perform functional switching of the 11kV electrical distribution network
