As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

• Independently carry out inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and servicing activities
• Handle various requests and minor repairs
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Manage small repair projects
• Participate in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks) ...
